Terms & Conditions

Customer agrees:

NOT to dispose any of the following:

*appliances *barrels *batteries *drums *electronics *paint *stumps *tires *toxic or flammable fluids *TVs

as stipulated by city, county, State and Federal EPA regulations. Above items in your dumpster will result in an additional $100 fee per item. Customer agrees to provide clear access to the dumpster for loading and unloading. Blocked or unready dumpsters will result in additional charges. Customer will be liable for damage to dumpsters.

Phoenix Roll Offs is not responsible for damage to customer’s property. Driving on driveways and over sidewalks will be at the customer’s risk. Customer assumes all liability regarding placement of dumpster.

Loaded material should not extend beyond the top or sides, improperly loaded dumpsters may result in additional fees. Material should be distributed evenly in the dumpster. We may refuse to haul improperly loaded dumpsters. Customer agrees to adhere to posted signs’ rules and guidelines on their rented dumpster.

Terms and Conditions apply to the first dumpster rental and all future business with Phoenix Roll Offs.
